Privacy Policy & Terms

Real Jay Tatts operates a strictly professional tattoo studio in Accra, Ghana. We respect client privacy and adhere to international data standards.

1. Data Privacy

All contact details provided during booking (name, phone, email) are used solely for appointment scheduling, Paystack deposit verification, and health declarations. We never sell or share client information with third parties.

2. Deposit & Rescheduling Policy

All 30% booking deposits paid via Paystack are non-refundable but transferable. You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your booked time without forfeiting your deposit.

3. Age & Photo ID Requirement

Clients must be 18+ years old. Valid government photo identification (Ghana Card, Driver’s License, or Passport) must be presented prior to tattooing.
